5. SCHEELI RESTAURANT
Based on trip advisor reviews and ratings, this restaurant marked a series of excellent -With food and different - experiences. The staff was humble & kind, eager to help with any questions requested and always greeted with a smile. The food was of fantastic quality and taste, and the vegan/vegetarian options were the most satisfying! The place on a lovely pedestrian cobblestone street was enjoyable on a sunny day! Highly recommended!
4. PORGU
It is situated in the basement, a lovely place to try different high-strength beers. The food was good, and the portion sizes were enormous. We had garlic bread as starters; it was huge enough for two people. I had chicken which was tasty. My wife had the salmon, which was well made and quite filling. We would recommend it to everyone but not to children. The stairs leading down are pretty steep.
3. TCHAIKOVSKY
While visiting Tallin, we passed this restaurant on our way back to our ship, the Celebrity Silhouette, and decided it looked like a lovely terrace and menu for lunch. We ordered two different salads and shared them. The creamy burrata with tomatoes and strawberries was delicious, as was the green salad with pomegranate and walnuts, accompanied by lovely pieces of bread, sparkling water and a couple of glasses of Pouilly-Fume. Service was outstanding, friendly and efficient. Overall a delightful lunchtime experience.

The restaurant is located near a historic area of Tallinn. The service is quite good, and the food menu was pretty vegan or Asian, which was unexpected. The best part was their homemade white bread!

It ranked highly on TripAdvisor. The staff are welcoming and attentive, without intruding on your evening. There is a fine selection of wine, and whilst we sampled many of the menu choices before, the Waitress was very enthusiastic and obliging in helping select dishes. The surrounding is calm and relaxed, and the decor befits such a mellow place. The prices are incredibly reasonable! To sum up: Delicious food, exceptional service, great value for money
